Everyday Make UP Essentials feat. Local Drugstore Makeup

Hey guys! What’s up? I did a mini makeup haul last Saturday just to replace some products that I currently have. LOL. I am actually running out of Liquid Eyeliner, Eyebrow Powder, and Mascara. These three make ups are the TOP three important make-ups that I can’t live without.

image

First, I got the Nichido Precise Liquid Eyeliner. Prior to buying this, I’ve been using the one from Ever Bilena but I didn’t like it since it easily dries up, nasayang yung pera ko. So I’ve decided to try this one from Nichido and surprise, I got it with a 50% off sale. Yay for cheap drugstore makeup!

I got the Fashion 21 Dual Eyeshadow Powder. Since I’m so much “kuripot”, I was using the darkest shade from my Nyx Natural Eyeshadow Palette that Rav gave me as a gift and ubos na siya so I’ve decided to get this one from Fashion 21. I don’t like it that much because I feel that it doesn’t really fill my eyebrows :( but it’s not that bad it’s just that I really wanted to have thicker and fuller looking eyebrows and this one gives only light coverage. Still, it’s not so bad. Maarte lang ako when it comes to my eyebrows.

Lastly, I also got the Nichido 7X Volume Curl Mascara, in addition to my brow obsession - I am also currently obsessed in making my eyelashes look thicker minus the falsies. I like thick lashes but I really hate falsies since I am not really that comfortable in wearing them. I didn’t really plan on buying a mascara but the sales person convinced me with “this will make your lashes look 7x thicker” Ugh ate, you got me!

So there. I am not really into buying myself super duper expensive make-ups for now because #1: I can’t really afford them and #2 I always believe I can get dupes in cheaper prices. :D Lol. Maybe someday, once I get a job abroad I’ll buy all the Mac lipsticks that money can buy. LOLJK! So to those beauty junkies who wants cheaper alternatives, high five guys! Kaya natin to! Hahaha!

Till next post! Lots of love!

Disclaimer: GoPro captures were all grabbed from my colleague, I just enhanced the colors of the photos using my favorite application, VSCO Cam.

How was your summer guys? I hope you guys had fun as much as I did. I am not that much a fan of the heat of summer because I honestly hate getting dark but yep, I like hitting the beach. So to make up for being MIA for quite sometime, I wanted to share some of the photos from our company outing last May 22-23.

So the beach was looking all fine that day. The sun was up and so was all our energies. I am not a fan of soaking up under the sun but as long as I am with great company, I am game for anything.

We stayed at Estrellas De Mendoza Hotel and Resort in Laiya, Batangas. I don’t know why, or if it’s just a coincidence or something but most company summer outings are held in Batangas. There were two other companies during our second day.

I fell in love with the view of the pool. I may have said that I hate soaking up under the sun but I really do love swimming. So when I saw the pool I was like, OMG. It’s beautiful.

I loved our room. There were too many unnecessary closets though. I just stayed inside the hotel room during our second day.

Yay! Overall, I had fun. I love being away from the city. I vow to myself that this should be the start of bigger adventures. I want to step out of my comfort zone, see beautiful places, and fall in love with the nature. Wish me luck guys!

Xoxo,
